Quality 1 is Number one! My experience from the time I called to make an appointment to the next evening when my car was ready as promised was one of excellence in service! Quality 1 arranged for a $10 per day rental car and I was on my way within 10 minutes. My car drives like it is brand new and was washed and looks new too! The facility is clean and comfortable with the new waiting area. And as always Scott and Jim are professional, honest and knowledgeable. Today I received a follow-up letter thanking me and checking on the service and bonus raffle tickets for a luxury cruise drawing in December! This does not happen at the Lexus dealership...only at Quality 1!
