I like to keep my 2005 Jaguar XKR in pristine condition and am prepared for the expense of maintaining this beast. Although I live in Murrieta, I traveled to San Juan Capistrano (SJC) to have my car serviced by, what I believed to be, top mechanics; I did not feel there was anyone locally I could trust. After experiencing some less than satisfactory results on a $3000 brake job, and multiple trips back to SJC to do the job right, I searched for a new shop. I found Quality 1 Auto Service Inc (EA) and thought I would try them. After several visits, and after dealing with some quirky “Jaguaresque” problems, I find EA to be honest, fair, and knowledgeable. EA deserves this 5 Star review and the folks at EA provide a shining example of how a business should be operated.

Nice job explaining a complex repair. I especially appreciated the custom video of the faulty part in action with the engine running. And especially the military discount. Car is once again driving like new

I recently brought our F-350 to Quality 1 Auto with a multitude of issues. I was on an extremely tight schedule and needed it back as soon as possible. Not only does it run better than it has since I've owned it, but they had the work completed on time. Having worked in the automotive repair industry myself, I can't say enough Quality 1. Very clean shop, professional and knowledgeable staff, and excellent service... I won't be taking my vehicles anywhere else.

I had the "Check Engine Light" come on in our 2005 Volvo S40 we recently purchased from a used car lot. We were up north during the holidays when this happened and were concerned that the car could stop working and our investment would be lost. We returned home and immediately contacted Quality 1 Auto Service Inc/Quality 1 Auto (via email) and they contacted us back THAT NIGHT! After putting through a series of test they found the problem, suggested some additional maintenance to keep our vehicle running tip-top for the next several years and they had COLD DR. PEPPER IN THE FRIDGE FOR THE CUSTOMERS! Yeah, doesn't sound like much but well you go to other places they don't look at the "little things" that make your visit positive. We're setting up a time to bring in my F350! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!
