I am always pleased with the quality of care from this shop. I feel they are always honest and never try to sell you a service or part unless it is necessary. In fact sometimes I will question that it is time for a certain service and they respond "we checked it out and you don't need to do that yet." How often do you hear that?

I am not satisfied. I paid over $800 for the last repair and the same problem exists as it did when I brought itnto you.. Now I am sitting on the road with a disabled vehicle and your company will not send a tow truck to retrieve my car. This is very upsetting. I have spent over $3000 with your company in the past 4 months.... Glad to have a company who will stand by their repairs when it counts. thanks quality auto!

Everything worked out good. Thanks for the taking me home and picking me up. The checkout was a little delayed. Might be better if you had a second person lend a hand at the desk.

What an awesome surprise that I was able to find a place to service my range rover with the quality, expertise, and excellent customer service as my Land Rover dealership. The best part is that I get to save a ton of money as well! Thank you Jason and your staff for all your help.

Best experience I've had with any auto repair shop in the area by far. Excellent workmanship, quick service, and most importantly they are honest and straightforward. On several occasions I've received recommendations NOT to have service performed in order to save money. And the military discount is always appreciated. Nobody else in town is touching my car!
