On my prior visit I had a water pump replaced and apparently the hose clamp was not tightened properly which resulted in a very slow leak of antifreeze over a few weeks time. Unfortunately I wasn't aware of this until my Warning light came on while on the freeway in San Jose on my way home to Temecula. This resulted in a $70 repair bill with a NAPA dealer in San Jose to diagnose problem (Antifreeze was totally out)and get me on the road again. My disappointment came when I told Steve about it during my last visit, it would have been nice to at least get a "Sorry for your inconvenience." Other than that, have always been pretty satisfied with Q1.
I brought my wife's mini-van in for service. The vehicle was fixed in a timely manner. I am very happy with their professionalism and honesty.
